What is the hourly rate and minimum booking time?
Is there a discount for longer bookings?
Yes — there is an 8+ hour discount (10% off).
What is the cancellation policy?
Flexible:
Full refund (including all fees) if canceled 7+ days before the event start.
50% refund (excluding fees) if canceled between 7 days and 24 hours prior.
No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the event.
There is also a grace period: if you cancel within 24 hours of booking (but at least 48 hours before the event), you can get a full refund

What about health & safety (e.g., cleaning)?
The space is thoroughly cleaned between each booking.
Masks and hand sanitizer are provided on site.
How many people can the space accommodate?
Up to 20 people.
Do you allow overnight bookings?
Standard bookings are limited to daylight/business hours. Please email or call for special access to the studio.
