RETURN/REFUND POLICY Please ensure that you have reviewed footage, reviews, and the product carefully before ordering. Customers have the option to return an item within 5 days after receiving it in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn’t meet expectations. Customers should contact The Padcaster to request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. The Padcaster charges a standard 5% restocking fee. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the refund.

Shipping is calculated based on your country of origin and the weight of products ordered. Shipments are typically made using FedEx Express (insured, overnight delivery within North America, 2-3 business days elsewhere in the world) or FedEx Ground (not insured, within North America only, 8-10 business days).
