Customers have the option to return an item within 5 days after receiving it in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn’t meet expectations. Customers should contact The Padcaster to request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. The Padcaster charges a standard 5% restocking fee.
