Customers should contact The Padcaster to request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. The Padcaster charges a standard 5% restocking fee. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.
All orders (in stock) typically ship within 2 business days, unless an item is on back-order in which case you will be notified immediately. Shipping is calculated based on your country of origin and the weight of products ordered. Shipments are typically made using FedEx Express (insured, overnight delivery within North America, 2-3 business days elsewhere in the world) or FedEx Ground (not insured, within North America only, 8-10 business days).
