Where can I download the app?
You can easily download the Padcaster Producer App or the Padcaster Producer Lite App in the Apple App Store.
Is the Padcaster Producer App the same as the Padcaster Pro?
They are two different apps! To download the new Padcaster Producer App, visit the Apple App Store. If you have any questions concerning the old Padcaster Pro App, please email support@padcaster.com.
Does the app work on Android?
Padcaster Producer App is currently only available for iOS devices.
Is the Padcaster Producer App built for both iPads and iPhones?
Yes! Padcaster Producer App was optimized for filming on either the iPad or the iPhone!

RETURN/REFUND POLICY
Please ensure that you have reviewed footage, reviews, and the product carefully before ordering. Customers have the option to return an item within 5 days after receiving it in case of an incorrect shipment, a manufacturing defect or if the item doesn’t meet expectations. Customers should contact The Padcaster to request the return, explain the reason and request shipping instructions and an RMA number. The Padcaster charges a standard 5% restocking fee. Any damage or alterations to the items will be deducted from the refund.

SHIPPING POLICY
Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to completing your purchase.
All orders (in stock) typically ship within 2 business days, unless an item is on back-order in which case you will be notified immediately. Shipping is calculated based on your country of origin and the weight of products ordered. Shipments are typically made using FedEx Express (insured, overnight delivery within North America, 2-3 business days elsewhere in the world) or FedEx Ground (not insured, within North America only, 8-10 business days). A shipping notification and tracking information is provided via email to the email address provided in your order.
